The emergency call out is operated on a rotating shift basis to ensure maximum availability for all year round including bank holidays and Christmas Day.
Customers can be kept up to date using our Houghton Exchange video communication technology which offers live work in progress updates, visual diagnostic reports and live test results via video link, speeding up the process and reducing downtime.
Our staff are multi-skilled engineers with extensive experience who can carry out mechanical and electrical repairs on a broad range of equipment including AC and DC motors, pumps, gearboxes and generators, both in-house or on our customers premises.
