Specialising in overhaul, repair and life extension, our high-quality electro mechanical repair shop offers mechanical and electrical repairs to a broad range of equipment including AC and DC motors, pumps, gearboxes, generators and turbines.
Our experienced team of multi-skilled electro mechanical engineers are familiar with industrial environments and operating conditions, servicing a broad spectrum of customers across both manufacturing and service industries, supporting fault diagnosis and in situ asset optimisation via laser alignment and bearing analysis.
Work is carried out on customer’s premises, by our fully qualified site service team, or in house in our specially designed workshop. We operate a 24 hour call out 365 days of the year to ensure we are always available when needed and carry out critical repairs on an emergency basis, working around the clock to ensure the plant is fully operational when its needed most.
With the lifecycle cost of the asset a key factor, monitoring and preventative maintenance services are utilised to plan maintenance, maximising ROI and helping to prevent costly breakdowns that result in emergency outages.
Accredited to the latest standards and with one of the largest burn off stoves in the UK, our dedicated large machine repair shop offers up to 40 tonne craneage, 5m x 6m access and a 13m (42ft) working height. Combined with our in-house coil manufacture facilities and dynamic motor and pump load testing capabilities we are ideally placed to service the full spectrum of rotating machines operated in industrial and manufacturing industries.
From a standard 3.3kV overhaul to a full rewind of a multi stage pump and motor, our diverse range of operations enables customers to engage one supplier to service their full array of equipment benefiting from improved efficiency and increased accountability.
Supporting ongoing monitoring and maintenance contracts and undertaking emergency repairs, we work with customers to help them to tailor a maintenance regime that meets their budget and production schedules.
