The 2016 CARILEC Engineering Conference is to date CARILEC’S biggest programme. The four-day event featured a trade show, technical presentations, classroom-type sessions and networking opportunities with member companies and suppliers.
This year’s event was held in Sint Marteen at the Sonesta Maho Beach Resort from July 24th – 27th 2016.
The Caribbean Electric Utility Services Corporation (CARILEC) is an association of electric utilities, suppliers, manufacturers and other stakeholders operating in the electricity industry in the Caribbean. The Association is made up of 35 electric utilities from Bermuda in the north to Suriname in the south, and 57 associate members and 6 affiliate member companies involved in some aspect of servicing the electric utility business.
