We are very pleased to hear that overall customers seem very happy with the products and services we provide, however we do take your comments on board regarding improving our lead times, in some areas, and are working on putting new processes in place to make this happen.
Of course, we also endeavour to be competitive on costs and, where possible, will always try to work with customers to offer a solution that meets specification and delivery requirements that fits with your budget.
Overall our net promotor score was 62 up 16 points on last year. This means that almost all of the customers surveyed would recommend us to a friend or colleague (we are working hard to make this 100%).
The biggest compliment you could give us would be a referral if you know someone who would benefit from our services we would appreciate it if you could pass on our details or send us theirs so we can make contact and introduce ourselves.
