Overall the results show that our customers are very happy with the products and services we supply. We scored an overall average satisfaction rating of 8.90 across all scored questions. Responses vary slightly by question but are consistently high across the board and 95% of respondents would happily refer us to a friend of colleague.
Some areas for improvement were identified as a result of the survey and our sales, operations and customer service teams have already put solutions in place to ensure we provide a better service. We aim to be the best in world at what we do and your feedback is valued in helping us to achieve that.
Moving forward we are changing our approach to customer satisfaction to ensure that we are performing at our best consistently across the year. We are moving away from an annual customer satisfaction survey, which just gives us a snap shot of opinion, to a process of continuous feedback throughout the year to give customers the chance to engage with us on a more regular basis.
