Last month saw another successful EASA European & World Convention, with a record attendance of 86 participants from almost 20 countries.
The participants came together in Valencia in Spain, at the end of September, to share Technical and Business Knowledge for Growth and network with likeminded colleagues from around the globe.
Alongside an innovative technical programme that looked at the IoT and the potential impacts on the repair industry, face 2 face meetings and table top displays, the chapter’s AGM also took place and Michael Mitten, CEO of Houghton International, was installed as EASA European & World Chapter Vice President.
This year’s recipient of the coveted Karsten Moholt Award was Oliver Semmler from Menzel Elekromotoren in Germany, who won the opportunity to visit and learn from other member repair and service centres in the coming year.
We would encourage anyone who is interested in finding out more about EASA European & World Chapter or attending a future convention to visit http://easa9.org/ to find out more.
