“We are passionate about investing in people in order to ensure we have the skills to continue to grow the business. Our first Apprentice Open Day held last year proved extremely successful. Five apprentices were recruited who are currently completing their first year of the programme. We are also in discussion with a number of further education providers to work towards accredited work based learning across the company, which is part of our objective to be an Employer of Choice.”
