Our mission is to be the best in the world at what we do, and it is our customers who are the judge of our progress towards that goal. This year’s Customer Satisfaction Report once again details the feedback we have received and how, as as business, we are acting upon it. In 2021/22 we again exceeded our target satisfaction score of 9 or above, with an overall score of 9.12 for the year. This is a great sign that the changes made as a result of previous surveys, as well as the culture of continuous improvement within the business, are continuing to make a tangible difference to the way we operate and the services we provide. However, it has also helped us highlight some opportunities for improvement. Download the report to find out more about how we have used your feedback to continue to improve.
