The EASA Accreditation Program for motor repair assures usage of prescribed good practice that helps maintain motor efficiency and reliability. The criteria for becoming EASA Accredited are based on ANSI/EASA AR100: Recommended Practice for the Repair of Rotating Electrical Apparatus and The Good Practice Guide of The Effect of Repair/Rewinding on Motor Efficiency.
Houghton International is also part of the AEMT, which is the international trade association for all companies that supply, install, service, maintain and repair industrial machinery technology. This includes electric motors, drives, pumps, fans, gearboxes, generators, transformers, switchgear and ancillary equipment.
