Armature ElectricManufacture and supply of 48+2 high voltage stator coils with a transposition twist for a 13.2Kv refiner duty motor delivered to British Columbia, Canada.

We manufactured and supplied all coils and auxiliary winding kit, utilising our HiFLEX fully cured and fully flexible insulation system which gives improved fit, easier install and reduces the risk of damage to the coils during installation.

As per our specification, the coils were manufactured to tight tolerances giving a consistent fit which helps to reduce PD levels. With higher voltage machines PD is a critical factor in the life expectancy of the motor. We understand that quality and fit of coils impacts PD readings and work to tight tolerances to give best results.
