Our Industrial customers typically suffer from some, if not all, of these problems:

  • Industrial Photo Increased stress levels because their plant runs their lives, rather than using their time to run their plant
  • Unplanned emergency breakdowns
  • No spare motors or alternators for quick replacements
  • No formal preventative maintenance strategy
  • A hefty repair bill when critical plant equipment fails
  • Extra production pressure because of inconsistent and inefficient productivity

That is until they come to us

Very soon, our customer's realise the service they've received from their previous repairer failed to solve the major problems they face. Yes, we provide a 24 hour fast response emergency service as our core service offering. However, we prefer to sit down with our customers, understand their needs and help them to tailor a maintenance regime that matches with their budget and production schedules. In doing so, we can develop a commercial model that helps our customers understand their costs, reduce the emergency outages and work to prevent costly breakdowns.

Many of our customers have adopted this preventative approach to maintenance. We use a combination of state of the art condition monitoring equipment combined with our expertise and our customers' intimate plant knowledge to identify the major risk areas and strategise to minimise the cost of unplanned failures.

We service and repair a wide variety of rotating electrical machines which covers anything from a small piece of industrial automation that would power a production conveyor line, through to a large generator for a utility company or a fan used in the automotive industry.

As the premier repair company in the North East of England, our knowledge and reputation for total quality is underpinned by our preventative maintenance services which include motor management, condition monitoring & vibration analysis, laser alignment, energy efficiency testing, emissions management and thermographic imaging.

We have a global reach spanning over 10 countries worldwide. We have accreditations to repair numerous manufacturers' equipment and supply bona fide spare parts, alongside manufacturing our own low, medium and high voltage coils for the global repair market.

Our customer base boasts some of the world's leading engineering companies such as Rolls Royce, and many of the UK's leading blue chip motor and generator manufacturers. To find out more, read our Case Studies.
