Why did we develop HI Brid?
Experience showed inherent electrical failures occurred inside the slot of VPI machines, leaving a life expectancy of roughly 5-6 years. However resin-rich systems acted in reverse; the life expectancy was longer but the failures occurred in the outhang rather than inside the slot.

What Hi Brid offers
Our results have shown that the coil guarantees the virtues both technologies offer with the drawbacks of neither. It comprises a hot-pressed Resin Rich cell scarved into a VPI accepting outhang, providing guaranteed slot fill along with world leading Tan Delta (voltage tip-up) figures, excellent flexibility, and peace of mind - all coils are fully testable prior to varnishing.
