Newcastle based electro mechanical engineering specialist Houghton International won the Apprenticeships category at the Tyneside & Northumberland heat of the North East Business Awards 2014 held on 20th March 2014 at the Hilton Hotel, Gateshead.
The purpose of Apprenticeships category is to recognise companies and organisations that have implemented an apprentice scheme as an integral part of developing their workforce.
